Pricing

All prices are in pounds sterling. We are VAT registered, the price shown on our website is the price payable to C Booth & Son. Prices listed on our website are inclusive of any applicable value added tax, excise, sales taxes or levies of a similar nature which are imposed or charged by any competent fiscal authority in respect of the Goods and Services, which the Customer is liable to pay. You may be required to pay extra for delivery, and/or gift wrapping. Delivery, and gift wrapping charges are set out on our website. We must receive payment for the total amount of the goods that are ordered including any payment for delivery, and gift wrapping before your order can be accepted. On receipt of payment we will confirm that your order has been accepted by e-mail. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us (the retailer) and you (the customer).

Matters beyond Our Control

C Booth & Son are not liability for any failure to deliver goods ordered, any delay caused, or damage, defect of goods caused by circumstances beyond our control including, without limitation, strikes, industrial disputes, breakdown of computer systems or network access, flood, acts of God, fire, lightning, flood or severe weather, war, explosion, accident, failure of internet services or payment authorisation services.
