The Kai Shun Seki Magoroku Redwood paring knife builds on the ancient traditional Japanese design. It was designed by and for cooking enthusiasts.

The blade of the Seki Magoroku Redwood series is a true jewel. It has a hardness of 58’ HRC and a very thin grind, this makes the blade razor-sharp and has excellent cutting properties. A glossy, polished, rounded spine with a very fine polished edge makes cutting both smooth and comfortable. Cutting meat, fish or vegetables is therefore a true celebration.

The Redwood handle is water-resistant and made in the traditional chestnut shape. The polished crop enters into a symbiosis with the natural colour of the wood.
